Who doesn’t love a good scavenger hunt?
This September, participate in the 150th Town-wide Scavenger Hunt by searching Holly Springs for clues and winning prizes while supplies last. From historic locations to public places, from parks to Town facilities, locations all around Holly Springs are part of this fun and inclusive challenge. 

Prizes are available in limited quantities after completing challenges 5, 10, and 15. Complete all 15 challenges in HollyQuest to be entered into the grand prize drawing. 

How to Play HollyQuest:

  • Get the App: Download the HollyQuest app and
    register for your free account.

  • Conquer up to 15 Challenges: Complete a challenge in the app to unlock the next in the series. Some challenges can be completed anywhere, while others will take you on an adventure through Town parks and public spaces! HollyQuest is self-guided, so you can complete it at your own pace, anytime the parks or facilities are open. 

  • Win Prizes: Collect rewards (while supplies last) after completing challenges 5, 10, and 15. Complete all 15 challenges to be entered into the grand prize drawing! 

Note: The 150th Scavenger Hunt runs through September. Once the game closes, keep the app downloaded for future HollyQuest challenges!

  • Yes! Prizes are available in limited quantities – first come, first to earn! Holly Springs-themed prizes are available after completing the 5th, 10th, and 15th challenges. And, to be entered into the grand prize drawing, all 15 challenges must be completed. Bonus questions along the way also earn entries into the grand prize drawing. 

    • Complete HollyQuest on your own time, anytime during the month of September. 

    • Save the app for future quests at later dates. 

  • YES! 

    • Anyone can participate.  

    • Challenges 5, 10, and 15 are among those that must be completed in person at a staffed Town Parks & Recreation facility mentioned in the app. After completing these challenges, visit the front desk at that location. Each person in attendance can earn a prize. For example, if your family/group has five people in attendance when you complete your challenge, each person wins a prize. 

    • For the grand prize, one entry per HollyQuest app is recorded. For example, if your family/group has five people, but only two of these people log the challenge as being completed in their HollyQuest app, only those two people are entered to win the grand prize. 

  • As you complete different challenges in the app, you may be asked to answer a bonus question. If you answer correctly, you may be entered to win the grand prize. Completing all 15 challenges also allows an additional entry into the grand prize drawing. 

  • The Town will contact you via email to arrange a time to collect the prize at Town Hall.

  • The 150th quest has a mix of in-person interactions and online engagement required to successfully complete and move through the 15 challenges.  

  • No! Complete as many challenges as you like. But just remember, Holly Springs-themed prizes are available after completing challenges 5, 10, and 15.
