Volunteer
Get involved with the Town. Check out volunteer opportunities, organize a litter cleanup, apply for a Town board or committee, and more!
Be part of our five volunteer opportunities:
1. Parks & Recreation Volunteer Opportunities
Holly Springs Parks & Recreation offers volunteer opportunities for all interests. Volunteers help make affordable programs and services possible — coach a youth sports team, maintain a trail, serve as an usher, help at special events, and more.
2. Help with Emergency Response Efforts
The Town is considering launching a Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) of volunteers ready to help in situations ranging from major disaster aftermath to supplementing staffing at festivals and parades.
3. Organize a Litter Cleanup
It’s easy to organize group cleanup events in Holly Springs. Check out a free Litter Kit from Holly Springs Stormwater staff — includes everything your group needs to collect litter from an area in Town.
4. Serve on a Board or Committee
Interested in helping shape the future of the community? Apply to serve on a board or committee.
5. Town Hall Volunteers
Greet visitors, sign for packages, and direct visitors to service counters and offices. Shifts: 8–11 a.m., 11 a.m.–2 p.m., 2–5 p.m. Serve as little as one shift per month. No experience necessary. Must be 18+.
