Every month during the Holly Springs 150th Anniversary celebration, the Town will announce a new clue, which will reveal a location of the hidden token. All the clues will be posted on the Town’s official social media and the 150th website. Solve the clue, visit the location, and if you are the first one to find the token you will win the special 150th Anniversary swag! You simply need to bring it back to the Town Hall to claim the prize.

Eligibility
Residents are welcome to participate in the Holly Hunt Token Challenge every month, beginning July 2026 through May 2027. Individual households may only win one time during the 150th celebration.

Winning the Prize
Each month only one token will be hidden. The first person to find and return the token to the Town Hall becomes that month’s winner! They will choose one item from the 150th swag store.

  • How many tokens will be hidden? 

    • Only one token will be hidden around Holly Springs each month. The first person to find the token and return it to the Town Hall will be the prize winner. 

  • Will the token be in plain sight or will I need tools? 

    • No tools necessary to participate. The token will be hidden in a location that will be visible to the eye, without the need to uncover it. 

  • How do I know when the token for the month has been found? 

    • Monthly winners will be announced on the Town’s social media channels as well as the 150th website. 

  • What types of 150th swag could I win? 

    • Winners are able to choose one item from the 150th swag store as their prize. 

  • If I found the token one month, can I find it again and win another prize? 

    • You are welcome to participate in the hunt each month, but residents (including the entire household) will only be able to win one time throughout the 150th celebration. 

  • Can I get hints if I’m stuck? 

    • The Town will not provide individual hints, but guidance may be posted on social media if the token has not been found after a significant amount of time.
